When is trash and recycling pick-up?

Trash pick-up is every Monday morning. Garbage totes should be put outside your garage on Sunday evenings. Recycling pick-up is every other Wednesday morning. Download the Curbside Recycling Calendar. Recycling totes should be put outside your garage on Tuesday evenings. At all other times totes should be stored in your garage. *Promptly report any individuals rummaging through garbage or recycling totes to ESC Property Services.

Where do I pick up my mail?

How do I ship packages to my townhome?

Packages can be sent directly to your townhome if someone will be available to receive them. Packages can be held at local UPS and FedEx locations for pick-up at a later time. Remember to verify how long they will hold your packages. ESC Property Services provides a service to accept your packages and deliver them to your townhome.
