The Champions Way HOA would like to issue some friendly reminders and helpful tips that apply not only during football season but year-round as well.

Parking
Parking is not permitted on aprons behind garages, in the alleyways or on any grassy areas.

Noise
Please be mindful of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Signs and Banners
Please keep balcony railings and windows free of any signs and/or banners.

Monitoring Services
We strongly encourage and recommend that everyone have some type of monitoring system in place for your individual units. It may be helpful to use wi-fi thermostats and/or water sensor devices that will alert you if something is “off” within your home.

Pets
Please clean up after your pets and remember that all pets must be on leashes.

Renting
With the exception of the University, Owners must provide the Association with a copy of every rental and/or lease agreement. Any rental and/or lease agreement may not be for any less than six (6) months unless otherwise approved by the Association.

Trash and Recycling
Please store trash and recycle receptacles in your garage except on collection days. Keep in mind that the trash and recycling trucks will pick up only what is inside the bins. Trash pick-up is every Monday and recycling pick-up is every other Wednesday except when delayed a day due to a Holiday. Recycling dates for the 2019 Notre Dame football season are:

• Sept. 14
• Sept. 21 (this is an extra pick up)
• Sept. 28
• Oct. 12
• Oct. 19 (this is an extra pick up)
• Oct. 26
• Nov. 9
• Nov. 23
